Fill the necessary sales pipeline to support the sales financial targets
Translate sales objectives into strategies and project plans for marketing support
Maintain a strong relationship and communication plan with the commercial leaders in sales and marketing along with the Applied, Food, and OneSource business units
Ensure their teams are performing to the top of their ability, stay on target, receive appropriate prioritization, receive necessary training, and have open communications with their manager
Monitors budget and effectiveness for owned responsibilities
Develops clear ROIs around program spend and switches to most effective tactics when needed
Reviews digital plans and ensures execution and ROI: social, email, Kakao, and 3rd party
Leads the relationship with new partners and ensures a solid collaboration path
Execution of localized/customized global campaigns in Korea
Maintains lead, opportunity, and attendance targets for complete yearly events list
Ensures the sales team's quarterly objectives include driving customer engagement, customer awareness, and new customer acquisition
Presents marketing plans on any required global and regional review calls
Engage with sales teams to coordinate and maximize impact of marketing activities
Maintains timely field communication vehicles (Training, Internal Newsletters)
Oversee regional new product launches, coordinating and interlocking with global teams and regional teams
Works closely with Product Line Leaders and Sales Team on changing priorities to maximize effectiveness of campaigns and events throughout the year
Determine sales enablement needs, and work with global marketing to develop needed tools
Ensure field marketing activities are aligned with business objectives, messaging and corporate brand
The candidate will spend time in the field to develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities in target markets and with key growth products

Requirements
Knowledge and experience in science and/or analytical technologies is required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, the sciences (must have communications experience if degree in the sciences)
Minimum of 5+ years of marketing communications experience
Solid skills using a variety of computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Excel, Adobe Suite
Knowledge of WeChat, landing page practices, Google Analytics, and Sales Force
Excellent written and verbal skills, copy write skills a plus
A can-do and win-win attitude and ability to multi-task
Strong project management skills and an adaptive and flexible attitude
Strong team player, able to work across boundaries and teams
