We are seeking a Digital Marketing Production Contractor responsible for executing recurring digital marketing and content production tasks across social, web, email, and campaign channels. This role supports the creation, formatting, and maintenance of digital assets including social graphics, website updates within CMS, email builds, and campaign deliverables, ensuring all materials are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on deadline.

  • Collaborate with the full team across all aspects of the finishing process
  • Liaise with Creative Executives, Media Executives, Finishing and Creative vendors to keep graphics, mix and delivery of TV finishing materials on track
  • Work with the team to track legal and clearance notes for the theatrical and streaming trailers
  • Manage Uploads of offline materials for the Post Production team to handle
  • Actively track Sizzles, Featurettes, and other special requests our team receives to finish
  • Ability to multi-task and juggle many projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of MPAA and Legal Clearance issues including some knowledge of Music Rights issues
