Job Description:

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a leading medical device company in Japan. Join a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the market. Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for a leading medical device company in Japan
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
Develop long-term strategies, annual operating plans (AOPs), and marketing plans
Manage product launches and lifecycle management
Manage relationships with distributors and ensure healthy inventory levels
Develop and implement marketing communication materials
Expand the market through KOL development and engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

University degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in the medical device industry
Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience in managing distributors and inventory
Proven ability to lead product launches and manage product lifecycles
Experience in KOL management and market expansion
Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Experience with market research and data analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
