Job Description:

Lead the Surgical & Urology business unit at a global medical technology leader. Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive significant revenue growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the Surgical & Urology business unit at a global medical technology leader
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive significant revenue growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing strategies
  • Manage sales KPIs and provide feedback to sales representatives and managers
  • Develop accurate revenue forecasts and manage progress towards revenue goals
  • Design and execute promotional campaigns and sales incentive plans
  • Analyze competitive information and share insights with sales and marketing teams
  • Manage compliance processes and build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop and launch digital sales activity management systems

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the medical device industry, with a focus on surgical urology (disposable products preferred)
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Proven experience in product life cycle management
  • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to lead and manage projects successfully
  • Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration)

  • Cover surgical cases and sales related support as deployed by either Coloplast Territory Sales Managers or Regional Sales Directors
  • Clear understanding of clinical and technical product knowledge relating to assigned products
  • Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of implant, follow-up support and troubleshooting techniques
