Job Description

As a Marketing Product Manager you will develop marketing campaigns — content elements for product launches, manage the launch process, and hand over campaign assets to the Sales team to ensure they can effectively communicate product benefits. This position acts as a bridge between the product development and product management teams and the marketing content creation team, while also requiring your own creative input regarding campaign concepts, copywriting, and possible ideas for visuals (though not necessarily producing the visuals yourself). Your responsibilities will be:

  • Marketing management of a portfolio of hardware and software products
  • Defining product offerings and creating compelling messaging for 2N’s target groups (property developers, installers, integrators, distributors, end users)
  • Hands-on content creation
  • Developing and managing the end‑to‑end product launch process
  • then - enabling the Sales team to present products and supporting content to potential customers
  • Serving as a key communication point between Product Management department and the Marketing Content team
  • Close cooperation with 2 other Marketing teams (Customer Acquisition, Customer Growth), which deploys your campaign assets across communication channels

Requirements

  • Marketing strategy and execution for hardware or technology products
  • Ability to learn and navigate the (global) access control market segment, understand competition, and maintain a general interest in technology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong time and task management, and the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Fluency in English is required
  • the role is also open to native English speakers
