Job Description:

The role, reporting to the Product & Marketing Manager Spain & Portugal, must define and execute the marketing strategy for Portugal, aligned with global and regional objectives, to drive B2B customer acquisition and loyalty, strengthen digital presence, generate demand, and support business growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Focus on developing the marketing strategy specifically for the Portuguese market and in collaboration with the marketing team in Spain
  • Acquisition, retention, and engagement of B2B customers
  • Definition and implementation of B2B campaigns (promotions) and B2C (mass media)
  • Manage digital presence in terms of content and positioning
  • Create and oversee relevant content for the B2B and B2C buying cycle (blogs, articles, success stories, newsletters, influencers)
  • Define communication flows (marketing automation)
  • Event organization
  • Definition and implementation of point-of-sale materials and merchandising
  • Management of the marketing budget for Portugal
  • Analysis of marketing action profitability

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge in digital marketing, CRM, automation, and analytics
  • Academic background in marketing, communication, or business administration
  • 5 years of experience in marketing (valuable in the B2B sector, preferably in multinational environments)
  • Willingness to work with technical products
  • Project management and team coordination skills
  • High level of English and Portuguese (as a commonly used language)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Ability to work in a team, synthesize complex information, and communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
  • Organized, proactive, and responsible person
  • Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
  • Analytical skills and data-driven decision making
