We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Marketing & Partnerships Manager role to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis. This role will be based in our Head Office in Battersea. Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Partnerships and based in the London HQ, the role is responsible for the planning and execution of global marketing campaigns and initiatives. The Marketing & Partnerships Manager works cross‑functionally with internal teams and international markets and is supported by a Marketing Coordinator for local market coordination and rollout.
Job Responsibility:
Work with the Head of Marketing & Partnerships to shape the seasonal marketing plan, aligning global initiatives to collection launches, key drops, and key brand moments
Manage the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of global marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, special collections, and partnerships, working cross‑functionally with key internal teams including Commercial, Product, Buying, Press, Digital, and Design, as well as international markets
Oversee the international rollout of campaigns, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and workflows from initial brief through to launch, and providing clear briefs, priorities, and timelines in close collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator supporting market‑level execution
Proactively develop campaign and partnership ideas that support business priorities and KPIs, in alignment with the overarching marketing and communications strategy, working closely with the Head of Department and relevant teams to shape and deliver initiatives
Lead the implementation of the wholesale marketing strategy for Vivienne Westwood key accounts (as agreed with the Sales team), including special projects, collection launches, and the delivery of seasonal wholesale marketing assets
Manage the delivery of the Bridal marketing strategy, including third‑party partnerships, VW Bridal events, and promotion of Bridal Trunk Shows, working collaboratively with the Bridal, Sales, Communications, and Digital Marketing teams
Work closely with the Content Production team to ensure marketing assets are delivered on time and aligned with wholesale priorities and key product focuses
Deliver campaign and partnership reports, reviewing performance against KPIs, capturing learnings, and sharing clear updates with the senior team to inform future planning
Oversee content updates on the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring accurate and timely communication with stores, regional offices, and wholesale partners
Willingness to undertake international travel as required to support business needs
Any other ad hoc tasks required
Requirements:
5/6 years of Experience working in Fashion Marketing
Proven experience in marketing project management, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and team development
