Our marketing team is charged with an important task – sharing our Staples story. We use customer data and analytics to help us understand and improve our customers’ experiences, drive customer retention, and encourage brand loyalty. Our team is diverse, with skillsets and responsibilities ranging from graphic design, content creation and performance marketing to loyalty & rewards programs. We work together to provide expertise and guidance, so that the Staples brand is well represented in all areas.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and execute Email campaigns using Marketo as the automation platform
  • Project manage email campaign execution, including schedule, deliverables, content, data, and reporting
  • Act as a subject matter expert to advise our marketing partners on best practices for campaign development
  • Recommend how data can be used to increase personalization and dynamic content into our email campaigns
  • Build out email nurture steams and trigger campaigns to increase automation
  • Work with business partner to ensure you have all program requirements and recommend logical and efficient solutions to execute their campaigns
  • Perform complete end-to-end testing on all projects to ensure flawless execution
  • Partner with Trade Show marketing team to capture show data and route leads to sales team and/or email streams
  • Execute A/B testing as needed
  • recommend best practices to set up and execute tests
  • Provide campaign reporting and ongoing monitoring
  • Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
  • Educate partners on marketing automation best practices
  • Manage our technical vendors/consultants as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience years of marketing experience managing marketing-based email campaigns or Digital Marketing or Marketing Automation experience
