Job Description

LumApps is now more than just an Employee Experience Platform — it is an AI-powered Employee Hub that supports companies in their digital transformation of communication, collaboration, and engagement with their customers, partners, and above all their employees. Our platform is a proven leader in this dynamic market with a truly unique vision and product. It has been deployed by Fortune 500 clients around the world and is delivering meaningful business benefits. LumApps is identified as a leader in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Intranet Packaged Solutions as well as in Intranets Forrester Wave, and regularly selected for the French Tech Next40/120 program. ✨ In 2025, LumApps strengthened its leadership position by partnering with Beekeeper, a pioneer in frontline employee experience solutions. This strategic collaboration expands our reach and impact across all types of workers — from HQ to the frontline. Our mission: To make people feel that they belong and have a purpose. To create an environment where all employees are engaged and work together towards the same goal. Over 700 leading companies trust our solution to: 🎯 Improve the productivity of their teams with our AI-powered Collaborative Experience Platform integrated with both Google and Microsoft collaborative suites, 🎯 Transform employees into real ambassadors of their company, 🎯 Make employees more efficient and better connected to their peers and relevant information, regardless of their location, with the tools and information they need at their fingertips, 🎯 Help companies reduce turnover, accelerate employee onboarding, better collaborate and share knowledge, and even improve their customer experiences. With a team of over 600 Lumies spread across 11 offices (Lyon, Paris, Lille, Sophia Antipolis, London, Barcelona, Hamburg, Austin, Tokyo, Zurich, Krakow), we support large enterprises all around the world. Over the past year, we have been driving an ambitious phase in our journey under the impulse of our new shareholder Bridgepoint, aimed at propelling us to become the clear leader in our market and shine worldwide in our industry. We are looking for individuals who are excited to actively participate in this transformation. If these core values sound like you: 'be bold, do amazing things', 'say what you mean, do what you say', 'one team, same mission', 'always be evolving': apply now!

Job Responsibility

  • Ensure we're capturing the right signals across the funnel - intent and engagement, not just clicks and form fills
  • Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager across our web properties, including conversion signals for paid and organic channels
  • Manage our consent management platform and keep it aligned with privacy requirements
  • Keep HubSpot and Salesforce campaign attribution accurate
  • Own the health of our key tool integrations: 6sense, Goldcast, Reachdesk, and connected platforms
  • Evaluate and lead the technical setup of new tools as the stack evolves
  • Support the rollout and documentation of new tools as the stack evolves
  • Identify where the marketing team is spending time on repetitive manual work and fix it
  • Build lightweight automations using no-code and low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar)
  • Explore and implement AI tools that save the team time - prompting, workflows, content ops
  • Share what you build and what you learn - upskilling the team is part of the job

Requirements

  • 3+ year of experience in a marketing ops, marketing technology, or digital marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Proven experience building AI-powered workflows - you've shipped automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar combined with AI, not just experimented with them
  • Clear communicator - you can explain a tracking issue or automation to someone who doesn't think in systems
  • Self-directed - you spot problems, propose solutions, and don't wait to be told what needs fixing

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot - you're comfortable building reports, navigating workflows, and understanding how data flows through the platform
  • Practical experience with a consent management platform (OneTrust, Cookiebot, or similar)
  • Basic scripting ability (JavaScript, Python) — not required, but a bonus for more complex automation builds
  • Familiarity with server-side tracking setups

What we offer

  • Hybrid work model – 2 days at the office, 3 days remote
  • Supportive parental leave and family moments
  • Afterworks, team celebrations & seasonal parties

Requirements
  • You speak "Engineer": You might not write production code, but you understand the AI lifecycle. You know the difference between SFT and RLHF. You enjoy reading published research on complex topics.
  • You are an AI native builder: You don’t wait for Ops to build you a report. You are comfortable with tools like Clay, Zapier, Cowork, Skills or custom GPTs to hack together a workflow that gets the job done today, not next month.
  • Comfortable with change: You are a high velocity learner. The AI landscape changes weekly. You are relentless when it comes to keeping abreast of what’s happening in the model development space.
  • You are a commercial killer: While you love the tech, you are here to drive revenue. You are obsessed with pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency. You treat growth as a science experiment where ROI is the only metric that matters.
  • Execution bias: You have a database of initiatives where you identified a problem, built the solution, and measured the impact - all without waiting for permission.
Job Responsibility
Job Responsibility
  • The "Un-Marketing" strategy: You will drive growth through credibility. This could also mean organizing technical roundtables, sponsoring hackathons, engaging in Hugging Face/Discord communities, and distributing technical white papers that solve actual engineering problems.
  • Technical storytelling: You will translate our platform’s capabilities into the language of the researcher. You aren't talking about "surveys"
  • you are talking about "reducing hallucination rates via high-quality RLHF" and "adversarial testing workflows."
  • Full funnel ownership: You connect the dots between a researcher reading our documentation and a procurement deal for enterprise-grade data access. You will work lockstep with our sales and services team to accelerate deal velocity and develop deal opportunities.
  • Precision performance execution: You will treat every channel—from technical newsletter sponsorships and paid social to programmatic outbound and AEO - as a laboratory. You bring deep fluency in performance marketing mechanics (bidding strategies, A/B testing, and conversion API integration). You prioritize pipeline quality over vanity metrics.
  • Orchestrating signal-based GTM: You will move beyond generic ABM. You will build systems that ingest technical signals (e.g., new repo stars on GitHub, Arxiv paper publications, and funding rounds for foundation model startups) to trigger hyperrelevant, low-volume, high-impact outreach or digital marketing campaigns.
  • AI-augmented execution: You will build your own stack. You’ll use AI to scrape public data, personalize outreach at scale, analyze channel health, and generate content variations. If you are doing manual data entry, you are doing it wrong.
