Job Responsibility:
Own assigned operational tasks and recurring processes, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule
Track team deliverables, action items, and deadlines
follow up with owners and escalate risks as appropriate
Create and maintain team documentation (process notes, trackers, runbooks, FAQs, and meeting notes) to ensure continuity and clarity
Support weekly and monthly status reporting by compiling updates, highlighting dependencies, and summarizing progress
Coordinate meetings and logistics as needed, including agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-ups
Partner with global stakeholders across time zones, providing timely responses and maintaining clear communication
Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis in internal tools to support business outcomes
Identify process improvement opportunities and propose simple, scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and errors
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities to ensure seamless transitions of responsibilities
Maintain compliance with company policies related to data handling, confidentiality, and security
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in business, operations, analytics, communications, or a related field
1–2+ years of experience in operations, program support, or an administrative/coordination role
Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with solid analytical capabilities
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and across functional disciplines, and to manage handoffs across time zones
