Job Responsibility

  • Own assigned operational tasks and recurring processes, ensuring work is completed accurately and on schedule
  • Track team deliverables, action items, and deadlines
  • follow up with owners and escalate risks as appropriate
  • Create and maintain team documentation (process notes, trackers, runbooks, FAQs, and meeting notes) to ensure continuity and clarity
  • Support weekly and monthly status reporting by compiling updates, highlighting dependencies, and summarizing progress
  • Coordinate meetings and logistics as needed, including agendas, minutes, action-item tracking, and follow-ups
  • Partner with global stakeholders across time zones, providing timely responses and maintaining clear communication
  • Perform data entry, validation, and basic analysis in internal tools to support business outcomes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and propose simple, scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and errors
  • Support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities to ensure seamless transitions of responsibilities
  • Maintain compliance with company policies related to data handling, confidentiality, and security

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in business, operations, analytics, communications, or a related field
  • 1–2+ years of experience in operations, program support, or an administrative/coordination role
  • Working knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics, and tools
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with solid analytical capabilities
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of the organization and across functional disciplines, and to manage handoffs across time zones
