As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will own the technology and workflows that support marketing operations. This is a hands-on, technology and process-focused role responsible for ensuring our marketing systems, primarily HubSpot and its connected tools are operating efficiently, accurately, and at scale. You’ll support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, manage marketing automation and data flows, and provide light systems support to keep our marketing engine running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Sales to ensure our tools, workflows, and data enable growth. You will collaborate closely across technical and non-technical teams, and enable teams through systems support.
Job Responsibility:
Owning and administering HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, lists, properties, and integrations
Building, managing, and maintaining HubSpot Campaigns for accurate tracking and reporting
Creating and optimizing marketing automation workflows that support campaign execution and lead lifecycle management
Supporting the technical setup and execution of marketing campaigns, including emails, forms, landing pages
Maintaining lead scoring, email deliverability & form standardization and automation logic
Creating and managing list segmentation in HubSpot to enable targeting, personalization, and reporting
Managing and monitoring data flows between HubSpot, CRM, Chili Piper, and other connected systems
Administering and supporting Chili Piper, including routing logic, meeting flows, and integrations
Providing lightweight systems support, including troubleshooting issues, resolving sync or data errors, and escalating when needed
Maintaining best practices for data hygiene, documentation, and system governance
Partnering cross-functionally to improve workflows that support demand generation, pipeline creation, and customer engagement
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimization
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or marketing automation
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including campaigns, workflows, lists, and reporting
Proven experience supporting marketing automation and campaign execution
Chili Piper experience is required, including setup and integration with HubSpot and CRM
Technical Salesforce experience
Solid understanding of data flows between marketing platforms, CRM systems, and third-party tools
Comfort providing light systems and technical support for marketing tools
Experience partnering closely with Marketing Managers, Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams
Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth companies
Familiarity with attribution, funnel reporting, or RevOps collaboration
Experience documenting systems, workflows, and processes
