Job Description

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for asset management and delivery, working closely with local market marketing teams and external agencies. The role requires communication across multiple marketing stakeholders across the APAC region, supporting local markets of any marketing requests. The candidate must be bilingual in both English and Korean (native level), is passionate about content, and possesses excellent organizational skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for management and delivery of APAC marketing materials across various formats, including static, video, and social content
  • Work closely with local market teams to manage marketing asset requests, localization needs, and distribution timelines
  • Support marketing localization workflows, including translation reviews and localized content coordination
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of social promotional content, including social videos, talent-led shoots, and short-form digital assets
  • Track and manage high volumes of marketing assets, timelines, embargoes, and delivery schedules across multiple campaigns and markets
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and regional compliance needs
  • Support overall marketing operations and regional campaign coordination across APAC

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, content coordination, campaign management, or digital/social marketing within the entertainment, media, or related industry
  • Understanding of marketing requirements and local nuances across the APAC region
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working across multiple teams and markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
