This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to make a measurable impact on a business scaling rapidly.

  • Collaborate with media buying teams and agencies to fix broken pieces before they become costly issues
  • Streamline and optimize landing pages and conversion paths
  • Analyze performance data to understand what content and messaging resonate—and pivot quickly when they don’t
  • Support go-to-market execution for live events, virtual offerings, and community initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth marketing, or a related role
  • Exposure to event-driven marketing is a huge plus
  • Understanding of media buying and experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented, yet able to think strategically and see the big picture
