Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive marketing success? Quadient is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic global marketing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimizing marketing platforms, enhancing campaign performance, and supporting lead generation and nurturing efforts across regional and global campaigns. As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will collaborate closely with regional and global marketing teams to manage marketing technologies, build effective campaigns, and deliver insightful performance reports. Your technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and passion for innovation will help elevate our marketing operations to the next level.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide technical and operational support for marketing technologies and tools
  • Ensure seamless integration of marketing systems with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Build and optimize email campaigns, landing pages, and data capture forms
  • Support end-to-end management and execution of regional and global marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, including email performance
  • Perform data imports, segmentation, and lead list management to ensure data accuracy and quality
  • Monitor and process updates related to data quality, including bounce backs and subscription preferences
  • Create and maintain marketing dashboards and reports to optimize campaign performance
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure tools and platforms are utilized effectively
  • Advocate for continuous improvement in marketing technologies and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Eloqua)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive decision-making

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and/or CSS
