Job Responsibility:
Own the Marketing team’s project management tool (Asana), and ensure all ongoing Marketing projects are maintained within it
Build roadmaps for projects, keeping milestones, deliverables, and overall timelines updated and accessible to involved stakeholders
maintain as needed
Manage the execution of the Marketing Team’s box send initiatives, including sourcing, ordering, coordinating volunteers/staff, shipping, etc
Identify sources of, procure, and manage inventory of swag, supplies, gifts, and other non-sellable materials
foster relationships with vendors, and work with cross-functional teams on conceptualizing items that are brand-aligned
Manage the budget associated with special projects
Build out and manage the DAM (Data Asset Management) System
Operate as a key stakeholder in Siete’s annual Juntos Fund
Assist with other Marketing initiatives as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of dynamic project management or equivalent experience is required
Previous experience with Asana or similar PM tool is required
Previous experience working with DAM (Digital Asset Management) software and Google Workspace (e.g. Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc) is strongly preferred
adept at hitting deadlines, creating new processes, and communicating progress to stakeholders and teammates
know your way around Google Sheets, project management tool(s), etc
exceptionally empathetic and patient with others
proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities at the same time and a high attention-to-detail
known for purchasing planners—that you actually use—and keeping a carefully organized calendar
