We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager focused on improving how marketing operates at scale through automation, AI, and operational innovation. This role identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate manual work, and build scalable operational systems across marketing programs and platforms. You will partner closely with campaign operations, systems engineering, and analytics teams to implement automation, optimize processes, and drive operational improvements that help marketing teams execute more efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Identify opportunities to streamline marketing workflows through automation and AI
Design and implement solutions that reduce manual operational work
Evaluate emerging technologies that improve marketing productivity
Partner with teams to automate repetitive marketing processes
Design automated workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, Slack and other GTM platforms
Ensure marketing performance data flows reliably across systems
Automate repetitive reporting and operational processes
Develop scalable automation frameworks for marketing programs
Support improvements across marketing systems and platform workflows
Partner with RevOps and analytics teams to align automation with broader system architecture
Maintain operational integrity and scalability of automated workflows
Lead operational initiatives that improve marketing systems, workflows, and processes
Develop clear project plans and coordinate stakeholders
Ensure cross-functional projects remain aligned and on track
Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend scalable improvements
Design repeatable workflows that improve consistency and efficiency
Support teams in adopting new tools, automation, or operational processes
Requirements:
5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, RevOps, or operational roles
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or comparable systems
Experience implementing automation and operational improvements
Strong systems thinking and workflow design capabilities
Experience eliminating manual work through automation or process redesign
Strong project management skills
Curiosity about AI-enabled workflows and automation platforms
Ability to translate loosely defined operational problems into scalable solutions
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
