A Digital Media Organisation is seeking a commercially minded, data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to cover maternity leave. You will take ownership of the marketing data ecosystem, working closely with the Marketing Operations Executive to analyse and report on key metrics across sales and customer journeys. Your insights will support data-informed decision-making, driving performance and scalable growth across multiple divisions. Job Responsibility:
Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies
Manage data quality, hygiene, and integration across platforms
Lead tracking and attribution strategy, ensuring robust implementation of GTM, GA4, and privacy-compliant tagging
Deliver and maintain PowerBI dashboards and regular KPI reporting sessions
Conduct post-event analysis and web optimisation using tools like Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity
Ensure marketing data practices comply with GDPR and liaise with privacy teams
Manage and develop the Marketing Operations Executive, providing regular feedback and support
Requirements:
Marketing automation and CRM experience (Pardot, Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting platforms (GA4, Salesforce, Power BI)
Strong understanding of marketing metrics including acquisition, conversion, engagement, MQL/SQL
Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR)
Ability to learn new tools and software independently
Insight-driven with a passion for data analysis and trend identification
