Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to lead the execution and oversight of marketing operations within the MADO space and strategic marketing projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exemplary communication skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of driving complex, multimillion-dollar initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Take ownership of marketing and martech projects, ensuring alignment with timelines, resource availability, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
  • Manage risks through proactive identification of roadblocks and development of mitigation strategies
  • Build and maintain project assets, including detailed plans, reports, dashboards, and KPIs, to track progress and performance
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, including feasibility assessments, timeline planning, risk identification, and resource allocation
  • Conduct data analysis, including budgeting, financial modeling, and KPI development, to support decision-making and strategic planning
  • Provide thought leadership in marketing analytics and technical innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design models and identify incremental revenue, margin, and productivity opportunities
  • Define and implement new processes, tools, and technology requirements to continuously improve marketing performance management systems
  • Develop and enforce cross-region marketing and sales policies across multiple product lines while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead the design and delivery of training and enablement programs for marketing analytics and operations team members
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing operations or project leadership roles, particularly in M&A and strategic initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multimillion-dollar programs and drive results through cross-functional collaboration
  • Expertise in marketing technology, tools, and process optimization
  • Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
