That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and automation that power our global marketing efforts. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, technology, and analytics—where you’ll make sure our marketing stack runs seamlessly, our data flows cleanly between marketing and sales, and our performance is measured with precision. You’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing function, enabling scalable growth and clear visibility into marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. Working closely with Demand Generation, Brand, and Sales Operations, you’ll help build a foundation for smarter decisions, more effective campaigns, and tighter alignment across teams.
Job Responsibility:
Own and manage the MarTech stack, including marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools
Ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense, and others)
Evaluate, implement, and optimize new tools to support evolving business needs
Lead marketing data management—maintaining data quality, enrichment, and usability across campaigns
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
Analyze campaign performance and funnel metrics, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations
Build scalable workflows for campaign execution, lead scoring, and reporting to drive operational efficiency
Partner with Demand Generation, Brand, and Sales Operations to align processes, attribution models, and reporting frameworks
Act as the internal expert and advocate for marketing technology, processes, and best practices
Requirements:
Solid B2B marketing experience
Ideally within a dedicated marketing operations role
Hands-on experience managing marketing automation (HubSpot preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proven expertise in marketing analytics, reporting, and attribution modeling
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lifecycle management, and pipeline measurement
Experience managing and optimizing marketing data quality and segmentation
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with demand gen, sales ops, and brand teams
Analytical, curious, and eager to find smarter, more efficient ways to scale marketing performance
Nice to have:
Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity marketing environments
Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) and advanced campaign analytics
Background in scaling marketing operations in a high-growth organization
Salesforce, HubSpot, or 6sense certifications
Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis languages for advanced reporting
