We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to partner with RevOps as the marketing specialist, establishing the foundations for how marketing systems, data standards, and reporting are structured and maintained to enable demand generation at scale. This role acts as the marketing intelligence layer, monitoring funnel performance across marketing data and platforms to surface early signals and identify anomalies, trends, and issues that may impact results. Technically minded, the Marketing Operations Manager drives continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled approaches across the marketing team, improving operational efficiency, execution quality, and decision-making across the wider function.
Job Responsibility:
Establish and maintain strong data foundations, ensuring clean structures, reliable tracking, and consistent measurement across all marketing activity
Own and optimise marketing systems (e.g. HubSpot and supporting tools), building scalable frameworks for campaign tracking, lifecycle management, and lead flow in partnership with RevOps
Develop and operationalise lead and account scoring models to prioritise high-value opportunities
Build the intelligence layer that translates scoring and engagement signals into timely sales engagement and high-quality handoffs
Create and monitor performance dashboards across funnel conversion and campaign effectiveness, surfacing trends, risks, and leakage points to drive continuous improvement
Drive automation and AI-enabled approaches across marketing operations to reduce manual effort, improve efficiency, and continuously enhance workflows and execution quality
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, having worked with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms in B2B SaaS
Ability to define what needs to be built based on best practice and then deliver it through full operational implementation
Deep understanding of CRM data structures, lifecycle design, and funnel management
Experience supporting complex B2B funnels in enterprise SaaS environments
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on systems thinking, data quality, and operational rigour
Nice to have:
Experience scaling marketing operations in high-growth SaaS environments
Experience working closely with RevOps in structured GTM organisations
Hands-on experience with attribution models and marketing performance frameworks
Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled workflows across marketing or revenue operations
What we offer:
Competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
