Job Description:

We're looking for a technically sharp Marketing Operations Manager (Emails) to own our lifecycle email orchestration in HubSpot. Your mission is to design and optimize a high-performing lifecycle email engine - turning our GTM strategy into structured, scalable programs that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue impact. You’ll have meaningful ownership over how our email automation is structured and scaled, working closely with Brand, Field, Growth, and RevOps teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and optimize lifecycle programs (nurture, activation, re-engagement) with entry/exit criteria, segmentation, personalization logic, and measurable goals
  • Manage and improve deliverability through preference management, and hygiene routines, treating list health as an ongoing practice, not a one-off cleanup
  • Run an experimentation program across lifecycle journeys, defining hypotheses, success criteria, and documenting learnings
  • Manage subscription types, consent logic, and regional compliance requirements across multi-region audiences
  • Track lifecycle and campaign performance through self-serve dashboards, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
  • Stay current on HubSpot's evolving feature set: new launches, betas, and platform updates and proactively evaluate whether and how to adopt them (including Journeys, AI capabilities, and automation improvements)
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve campaign ideation, personalization, testing velocity, and performance analysis across lifecycle programs

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience building and managing lifecycle email programs in HubSpot (required), supporting both mid-market and enterprise go-to-market motions
  • Fluent with email marketing best practices (segmentation, deliverability, testing, personalization)
  • Experience operating in a multi-region environment with differing consent frameworks (GDPR, CAN-SPAM etc.)
  • Analytical mindset comfortable building reports and interpreting performance data
  • Comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve marketing workflows, campaign development, and lifecycle optimization
  • Experience working with the HubSpot–Salesforce integration
  • Experience building lead scoring and grading models from scratch with clear logic and tradeoff awareness

Nice to have:

Basic HTML/CSS for email template customization

What we offer:
  • Hybrid work model – 2 days at the office, 3 days remote
  • RTT days – ~10 extra days off per year
  • Meal vouchers (SWILE) + free snacks & coffee
  • Yoga classes
  • Supportive parental leave and family moments — yes, even a Christmas party for your kids !
  • Health insurance (ALAN) – 60% covered + full life & disability cover
  • Afterworks, team celebrations & seasonal parties
  • Equipment of your choice
  • French & English lessons, professional development & access to Leeto CSE
