We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to build and scale the B2B marketing architecture at Lovable. The core focus is leveraging deep expertise in HubSpot and automation tools to create clean, measurable, and integrated processes that drive the entire customer journey, from awareness to paid user.
Job Responsibility:
Build Lovable’s B2B marketing architecture from the ground up ensuring connectivity and measurement across inbound, outbound, and partner channels
Ensure all touchpoints of the prosumer journey from awareness to trial to paid user are captured and measured to understand efficacy of paid, organic, social, direct, and referral channels
Manage campaign operational setup and tracking with checks across email, paid channels, and events in Hubspot
Build and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead routing, scoring logic, and integrations with other MarTech tools
Build and update dashboards and reports that measure campaign impact and funnel performance
Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent data across systems
Create formal process and rigor around lead list upload and enrichment in service of partner and marketing field teams
Requirements:
6+ years in Marketing Ops in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong automation experience with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato, Clay, and HubSpot
Deep CRM expertise, including object architecture, reporting, deal stages, workflows, and integrations
Experience enabling GTM processes across Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Success
Ability to translate messy processes into clean, scalable system logic
Experience with chatbots / AI agents, scripting, and builder tools (ideally Lovable)
A product mindset—you think in terms of usability, reliability, and long-term maintainability
Capability to demonstrate radical ownership over multi-week, multi-month implementation projects
