Job Description:

This role supports the smooth delivery of global marketing activity within a high-profile, creative-led luxury fashion environment.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate the execution of global marketing campaigns across channels
Manage timelines, trackers, and asset delivery across internal teams and external partners
Support marketing calendar planning and updates
Ensure marketing materials are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time
Liaise with creative, PR, social, and ecomm teams to ensure operational consistency
Track key campaign KPIs and help prepare performance reports

Requirements:

1-3 years' experience in a marketing or project coordination role, ideally in fashion, retail, or lifestyle
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong attention to detail
Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management platforms
Confidence in juggling multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
