Job Description

The Marketing Operations Co-op provides support to the Marketing Operations team while gaining hands-on exposure to marketing operations, budget tracking, procurement, reporting, and process improvement. This role will assist with routine activities such as purchase order support, system updates, documentation, and basic reporting that help the team execute marketing investments efficiently and accurately. This opportunity is well suited for a student interested in marketing, business operations, finance, or project management who is eager to learn in a corporate environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with purchase order, invoice, and budget tracking activities, including basic updates in procurement and budget management systems
  • Help maintain process documents, job aids, templates, and shared team resources to support consistent ways of working
  • Support data entry, reporting, presentation preparation, and other routine Marketing Operations activities
  • Contribute to small projects or ad hoc requests that provide exposure to marketing operations, finance processes, and cross-functional ways of working

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
