Job Description

Optimizely is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate to join its Marketing Operations team. This is a six-month contractual role. This role will be instrumental in triaging incoming requests, building and scheduling emails, handling list uploads, and keeping everything in sync across Marketo and Salesforce.

Job Responsibility

  • Triage and execute campaign requests end to end
  • Build email programs in Marketo (clone, configure, schedule)
  • Handle list uploads: clean files, validate data, manage consent fields, confirm records in Salesforce
  • Set up LinkedIn Lead Gen Form integrations with UTM config and Salesforce campaign syncing
  • Coordinate with marketing stakeholders to resolve blockers and communicate status

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience using email marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar tools
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience (campaign management, lead routing)
  • Solid grasp of GDPR, CASL, and CAN-SPAM requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
