Job Responsibility

  • Maximize brand potential
  • Working closely with sales team to implement local activities across the Gulf
  • Partner with brand team, including medical, market access, regulatory & sales to increase brand performance
  • Implement all related marketing activities, including budget control
  • Understand business dynamics, identify business opportunities, and build strategies accordingly to improve brands' potential
  • Implement tactical plans in line with the strategy
  • Partner with the sales force to ensure the brand strategies and tactics are cascaded optimally
  • Develop financial forecasts working closely with business partners
  • Collaborate with Marketing manager on joint projects
  • Recruit and lead external vendors in specific projects
  • Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration across the team
  • Drive omnichannel and digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science/pharmacy
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Track record of developing successful plans and delivering positive performance
  • Excellent project/process management/ analytical skills
  • Demonstrates strong industry knowledge and commercial mindset
  • Working in multifunctional cross-cultural teams
  • Proficiency in English is needed, both oral and written communications

Nice to have

  • MBA degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Marketer in a pharmaceutical company
