We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Officer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing, field marketing, and social marketing.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement
Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid ads
Execute field marketing activities such as events, roadshows, and on-ground activations
Create and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing efforts
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations to track KPIs and ROI
Plan, allocate, and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources
Requirements:
MBA Specialized in Marketing is Mandatory
3–5 years of proven experience in marketing roles
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM)
Hands-on experience in field marketing and event management
Expertise in social media marketing and content creation
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
