You’ll connect the dots across teams, keep things moving and ensure every touchpoint lands exactly as intended — not just looking good, but rolling out seamlessly in restaurant and driving real results.

Job Responsibility

  • Bringing campaigns to life in restaurant, from digital menu boards to POS and customer touchpoints
  • Briefing and managing external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
  • Supporting our franchisee community to execute Local Restaurant Marketing and drive sales
  • Working closely with IT and menu teams to deliver menu programming across POS, App and Kiosk
  • Owning quality assurance across all marketing touchpoints to ensure everything lands to strategy
  • Partnering with Field Operations to enable best-in-class execution across the network
  • Building Field Ready Rollout Packs that set our teams up for success
  • Managing and responding to marketing enquiries with pace and clarity
  • Keeping all projects on track and up to date in Asana, representing Marketing in key workstreams

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a marketing or coordinator role, ideally within a fast-paced environment (QSR, retail, FMCG or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Exceptional organisation – keeping momentum high without dropping the detail
  • Strong communication skills – clear, confident and concise
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
  • A curiosity for innovation and a drive to bring new ideas to life
  • Experience with Asana or Monday.com preferred
