You’ll connect the dots across teams, keep things moving and ensure every touchpoint lands exactly as intended — not just looking good, but rolling out seamlessly in restaurant and driving real results.
Job Responsibility:
Bringing campaigns to life in restaurant, from digital menu boards to POS and customer touchpoints
Briefing and managing external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand assets
Supporting our franchisee community to execute Local Restaurant Marketing and drive sales
Working closely with IT and menu teams to deliver menu programming across POS, App and Kiosk
Owning quality assurance across all marketing touchpoints to ensure everything lands to strategy
Partnering with Field Operations to enable best-in-class execution across the network
Building Field Ready Rollout Packs that set our teams up for success
Managing and responding to marketing enquiries with pace and clarity
Keeping all projects on track and up to date in Asana, representing Marketing in key workstreams
Requirements:
Proven experience in a marketing or coordinator role, ideally within a fast-paced environment (QSR, retail, FMCG or similar)
Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
Exceptional organisation – keeping momentum high without dropping the detail
Strong communication skills – clear, confident and concise
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency
A curiosity for innovation and a drive to bring new ideas to life
Experience with Asana or Monday.com preferred
