Job Responsibility:
Driving the planning, development, and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels
Managing a diverse range of activities including printed materials, advertising, website content, social media, and direct marketing
Providing advice on corporate image, audience analysis, and post-campaign analytics to internal Council branches
Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including account management duties
Implementing research focused on campaign effectiveness and audience development
Requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in a marketing role with a sound knowledge of current best practices, emerging trends, and digital platforms
The ability to develop action strategies and schedules that align with corporate priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and make reliable decisions within allocated responsibilities
Success in working within changing environments and, ideally, previous experience in politically sensitive settings
A current "C" class driver's license is essential
