RAFAKidz is on a mission to provide exceptional, affordable childcare tailored to the unique needs of Armed Forces and civilian families. The RAFAKidz Marketing Officer is responsible for planning and delivering marketing activity to raise the profile of the RAFAKidz Nursery Group and support key objectives: attracting high-quality staff, maintaining nursery occupancy, and strengthening the RAFAKidz brand.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver marketing activity to maintain RAFAKidz nursery occupancy and attract high-quality staff
Protect and promote the RAFAKidz brand
Lead integrated recruitment and occupancy campaigns
Act as the subject matter expert for RAFAKidz marketing
Stay informed on early years policy, grants, and government initiatives
Support nursery teams in promoting RAFA services to families
Manage day-to-day coordination with agencies and suppliers
Collaborate with the Customer Engagement Team
Ensure RAFAKidz marketing aligns with wider organisational plans
Requirements:
Background in professional marketing within the Early Years or recruitment sectors
Experience in community/services marketing
Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns or appeals
Good understanding of audience segmentation and customer journeys
Ability to translate the Association’s work into engaging communications
Experience of using CRM (Salesforce) for campaign management, analysis and reporting
