We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our Business Partner Marketing team. This role is focused on leading the strategy and execution of Paid Search and Social digital marketing campaigns within a premier financial institution. As a key point of contact for assigned lines of business, you will manage end-to-end campaigns, from initial setup and ad trafficking to advanced optimization and reporting. This is a hybrid role based in downtown Toronto, offering a dynamic environment where you can influence business objectives through data-driven insights and innovative digital strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Drive the end-to-end management of Paid Media campaigns, including strategy development, campaign setup, ad trafficking, creative syncing, and rigorous testing
Provide holistic digital strategic direction based on business needs, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to meet organizational KPIs
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned lines of business, partnering with marketing communications and ecommerce teams to develop integrated strategies
Identify and execute optimization opportunities to maximize campaign performance and ensure executional excellence
Pull comprehensive metric reports and synthesize findings into key messages and recommendations for various internal audiences
Collaborate closely with media and creative agencies to troubleshoot ad server challenges and resolve any reporting discrepancies
Work both autonomously and collaboratively with internal consultants and managers to achieve successful project delivery across all digital channels
Requirements:
4+ years of dedicated Paid Media experience with a focus on Paid Search strategy, execution, and optimization
At least 4 years of hands-on experience and/or certification in both SA360 and Google Ads
2+ years of experience in a leadership or client-facing capacity, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and build professional relationships
Demonstrated ability to define KPIs, analyze complex metrics, and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations
Deep understanding of the marketing funnel, ad trafficking, audience assignment, and automated reporting tools
Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to evolving digital tools and industry trends
Nice to have:
Prior experience in the financial services or wealth management sectors
familiarity with emerging platforms (Pinterest/TikTok)
