Job Responsibility:
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned and paid channels
Own the marketing calendar from menu launches to new openings and key trading moments
Bring our brand to life through creative, engaging campaigns that drive footfall and loyalty
Partner with Ops teams to create tailored local marketing plans that actually work
Lead on community and charity initiatives, making sure Megan’s gives back in meaningful ways
Support performance marketing activity across Meta, Google and beyond
Track campaign performance and report on what’s driving results
Use data and insight to refine campaigns and improve ROI
Work with partners to optimise digital performance and conversion
Balance creativity with commercial thinking - knowing what good looks like and what works
Manage website content and updates, improving UX and performance
Work with creative, digital and media agencies to deliver best-in-class output
Champion the Megan’s tone of voice, look and feel across every touchpoint
Support teams with tools, templates and guidance to bring the brand to life locally
Requirements:
Proven experience in a multi-channel marketing role within hospitality, retail or another multi-site business
Strong campaign planning and project management skills
Experience working across digital, content and performance marketing
Confidence managing agencies and external partners
Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally with non-marketing stakeholders
Experience in a fast-paced, growing environment

Experience managing local marketing strategies across multiple locations
