Job Responsibility:
Develop and oversee the annual marketing calendar, budget, and strategic roadmap to achieve company growth targets across DTC and retail channels
Lead the end-to-end launch strategy for new e-mobility products, coordinating across product, sales, creative, and operations teams to ensure impactful market entry
Steward the brand voice and visual identity
Oversee the creation of compelling content for social media, email, website, and advertising to build an emotional connection with our community
Drive customer acquisition strategies through paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok), SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, constantly optimizing for CAC and ROAS
Manage relationships with key influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to amplify brand reach within the outdoor and tech communities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights that inform product and marketing decisions
Mentor and manage a growing marketing team (or external agencies), fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
Requirements:
5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience
At least 2 years in a management role
Proven track record in Consumer Electronics, Outdoor Goods, E-commerce, or the Cycling/Automotive industry
Experience with 'considered purchases' (hardware products >$1,000) is a strong plus
Deep understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer landscape, with familiarity in supporting wholesale/dealer networks
Demonstrated success in orchestrating high-impact product launches from concept to execution
Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions
Ability to thrive in a high-growth, startup-like environment where priorities can shift rapidly
A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies to executive leadership
A genuine interest in cycling, outdoor lifestyle, or sustainability/green tech is highly preferred
Nice to have:
