This role focuses on driving change management and process optimization within the Asia Marketing organization. You will assess workflows, identify efficiency gaps, and implement roadmaps to enhance productivity across local markets while ensuring operational transparency.

Assessing and improving existing marketing processes
Developing and implementing workflow roadmaps
Collaborating with regional teams to solve local pain points
Ensuring organizational transparency and compliance

Building a knowledge base within the marketing team
Requirements:
Between 3-5 years of experience in marketing coordination, trade marketing, and event execution
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
Proficiency in both Japanese and English is required
