A fast-growing, venture-backed biotechnology company is preparing to launch its first commercial product and is looking for a Marketing Manager to support go-to-market and launch activities. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early to mid-career in life sciences marketing who wants exposure to product launches, market entry, and commercial strategy within a high-growth biotech environment.
Job Responsibility:
Support go-to-market and product launch activities for a new life sciences product
Assist with market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis
Help develop marketing materials, messaging, and content that explain complex science in a clear way
Support pricing, positioning, and commercial planning activities
Work closely with R&D, Product, and Commercial teams to ensure launch readiness
Help build and maintain core marketing assets for future growth
Requirements:
Early to mid-career experience in marketing within biotech, life sciences, or scientific instrumentation
Exposure to product launches, campaigns, or market-entry projects (academic or commercial)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environment
