The Marketing Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Clinical Nutrition, Pharma, and Medication Delivery portfolios in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for driving sustainable growth, market share expansion, and brand positioning, while ensuring strong alignment with commercial, medical, regulatory, and market access teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans (AOP) aligned with regional strategy and Saudi market dynamics
Lead portfolio prioritization using TAM/SAM, growth potential, and profitability (SGP%)
Identify new business opportunities (product launches, line extensions, localization opportunities)
Drive LBE forecasting and performance tracking
Define and implement go-to-market strategies across Clinical Nutrition, Pharma, and Medication Delivery
Lead tender strategy alignment (e.g., NUPCO) in collaboration with sales and market access
Identify key growth drivers in public vs private segments
Design and implement omnichannel campaigns (digital, webinars, field engagement, KOL programs)
Build customer journeys tailored to key stakeholders
Support scientific education initiatives
Act as the marketing lead across Saudi, collaborating closely with Sales, Medical & regulatory, Market access, and Supply chain
Ensure alignment between global/regional strategy and local execution
Lead launch readiness and lifecycle management
Own marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven investments
Monitor and optimize revenue growth, market share, and gross margin
Support business case development (NPV, ROI, pricing strategy)
Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare institutions
Represent the company in scientific and commercial forums
Support local advocacy and brand positioning
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, internal policies, and ethical standards
Maintain high standards in promotional and non-promotional activities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Life Sciences (MBA preferred)
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare marketing
Strong experience in Saudi market dynamics and tender systems (NUPCO)
