Job Responsibility
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across membership, events and products
Manage email marketing, customer communications and social media activity
Monitor campaign performance and use insights to improve engagement, conversion and ROI
Work closely with internal teams to support organisational goals
Manage external agencies, designers and marketing suppliers
Support CRM segmentation, targeting and campaign reporting
Oversee digital marketing activity and budgets
Requirements
3-5 years' marketing experience, ideally within a membership, professional services or commercial environment
Strong experience with email marketing, CRM systems and campaign analytics
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
