Job Description

We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth marketing initiatives by leading product launches, driving trade marketing excellence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful commercial outcomes across Nigeria’s FMCG ecosystem, while collaborating with the sales team to optimize pipeline growth, lead generation, MQL to closed-won tracking through HubSpot, comprehensive reporting, and ABM strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach towards pipeline growth and revenue targets
  • Brand Building and Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership content, trade event strategies, and executive engagements to position RedAI as the industry-led AI-solution driving FMCG transformation
  • GTM Strategy and Product Launch Management: Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product releases, features, and commercial programs, ensuring every launch has clear KPIs, monitoring dashboards, and a strong post-launch evaluation framework
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage key target accounts, personalise marketing efforts, and drive revenue growth. Work closely with sales to identify target accounts, create account-specific marketing plans, and measure the success of ABM campaigns
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and ABM initiatives
  • MQL to Closed-Won Tracking: Accurately track MQLs through to closed-won opportunities and utilise HubSpot to monitor lead progression and optimise the sales funnel, engaging actively with the sales team
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, including video content, customer advocacy tesimonials, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, webinars, and personalised content
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and support sales efforts. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI
  • Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Generate regular reports to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or CIM equivalent
  • Proven experience (5+years) in B2B Marketing, with a focus on lead generation, pipeline growth, sales enablement, and ABM
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and experience in managing MQL to closed-won processes
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead teams and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business results through innovative marketing initiatives
