Lead and execute the marketing strategy for SENCOR in Greece, a company with a global presence in Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances.
Job Responsibility:
Defining and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels (retail and e-commerce), with a strong emphasis on digital marketing
Identifying, hiring, and managing local marketing agencies for social media, digital advertising, and PR
Localizing and adapting international marketing content to fit the Greek culture and consumer behavior
Directing and optimizing all digital marketing efforts for Greece, including SEO/SEM strategy, website management, and social media channels, to drive e-commerce growth
Developing and managing the marketing budget for the Greek market, ensuring a strong Return on Investment (ROI) for all marketing investments
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on campaign performance (KPIs, Sales Revenue, Brand Awareness), and using data-driven insights to adjust strategies for continuous improvement
Requirements:
7+ years of progressive experience in marketing and communication roles
Prior experience working with leading consumer electronics or home appliance brands
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Proven expertise in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, social media strategy, content marketing, and e-commerce growth
Prior experience selecting and managing external marketing agencies
Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical skills to interpret marketing data, consumer insights, and ROI/KPI reports
Deep understanding of the Greek market and consumer behavior
Fluent in English (company working language) and Greek (local market)
