Currently looking to strengthen the APAC Regional Marketing team with a driven and experienced Marketing Manager, India who will focus on developing and driving the brand in the Indian market.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver Local Consumer Plan for India, aligned with the Regional Consumer Plan
Responsible for the set up and management of external local agencies, partners, along with relevant internal stakeholders in India
Accountable for the planning, execution and reporting of all marketing activities across PR, Digital and Print Media investments, consumer facing Event Activations
Manage and work with distributor marketing team to drive Music Strategy, local ambassadors and sponsorships as well as emerging and grassroots musicians
Collaborate with Sales Manager India to align and execute on both brand and commercial goals
Partner with APAC Channel Marketing ad global Ecom team to drive best-in-class Consumer Plan implementation in CE, Pure Player, Lifestyle Retail, and Ecom
Support Marketing Manager, APAC in representing India in all relevant global and regional forums
Requirements:
Strong planning and execution skills across PR, event activations, media buy in India, with ideally a specialization in one of the marketing fields
Acute understanding of the India market, culture, and consumer behaviour including key platforms, media and cultural landscape
Excels in a fast-pace work environments
Strong interpersonal skills to manage global, regional and local stakeholders
