Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can bring sharp insight, commercial focus and a passion for making a difference. In this role, you’ll help us connect innovation with the needs of healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring our continence care portfolio continues to lead the market and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Shaping and executing the strategy for the most extensive and valuable product portfolio
Developing a deep understanding of the UK continence care market
Analysing performance and identifying opportunities for growth
Designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that align with strategic brand plan
Working closely with sales teams, clinical colleagues and global partners to ensure impact and alignment
Presenting confidently to stakeholders
Leading cross-functional projects
Representing Coloplast at national and regional events

Requirements:

Minimum of 5-7 years of post-graduate experience
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to interpret market dynamics and customer insights
Proven experience working closely with sales teams to deliver campaigns
Confidence in presenting and constructively engaging with stakeholders
Ability to contribute meaningfully to strategic discussions
Experience in MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare preferred
Understanding of the NHS ecosystem preferred
Experience from other regulated industries such as banking, financial services, fintech, or FMCG acceptable
Must demonstrate ability to thrive in compliance-driven environments
