The Equinox Resort & Spa is newly managed by EOS Hospitality. The Marketing Manager plays a key role in bringing the resort's brand and guest experience to life through strategic marketing initiatives, compelling content, and integrated campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing and working closely with the EOS Regional Marketing team, this position is responsible for executing the annual marketing plan, managing day-to-day marketing activities, and supporting revenue growth through brand awareness, guest engagement, and demand generation. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. They possess strong creative instincts, digital marketing expertise, and exceptional organizational skills, with a passion for storytelling and delivering memorable guest experiences. This is an onsite position located in Manchester, Vermont.
