Marketing Manager Full-Time | Exempt | Hybrid — Vallejo, CA (3-5 days a week) | $110,000–$140,000. They are typical OEM, they are a premium, community-rooted brand that donates a portion of revenue from every vehicle sold to our local community. Their team is lean, collaborative, and passionate about getting iconic vehicles back on the road. The Marketing Manager is a hands-on generalist who owns and executes strategy across social media, content, email, events, and web. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role operates within a lean two-person marketing team — meaning real ownership, real visibility, and a direct hand in shaping the brand. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to help build something from the ground up.
Job Responsibility:
Social Media & Community Management
Build and manage a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Twitter, and TikTok
Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, reels, and short-form video content
Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and manage brand reputation
Manage Google Business listings and coordinate responses to Google Reviews
Support paid advertising (Meta & Google Ads) and media buying as needed
Content & Email Marketing
Own the full content lifecycle — strategy, creation, deployment, and performance tracking across campaigns, SEO/GEO, sales enablement, and web content
Own end-to-end email marketing including campaign builds, automated workflows, audience segmentation, and performance analysis
Event Management (4 major events a year)
Own and execute national events, sponsorships, and brand activations from concept through recap
Manage logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, budgeting, and cross-channel promotion
Capture on-site content and report on event performance
Partner with dealer partners to support local event marketing efforts
Web Management
Manage and update dealer microsites for accuracy and brand consistency
Support the Director of Marketing on website content refreshes, Newsroom, and Media Kit management
Coordinate with the web agency and developers as needed
Requirements:
5–7+ years across digital marketing, social media, content, email marketing, and event management
Strong B2C or D2C background, ideally in premium, luxury, or lifestyle goods
Demonstrated ability to manage social media at both a strategic and executional level
Proven experience building and executing email campaigns and automated workflows
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for on-brand storytelling
