We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives and enhance brand visibility for our detail-oriented services firm. Based in Cerritos, California, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders and contribute to impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical skills, and a proven ability to manage diverse projects.
Job Responsibility:
Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with practice group leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director
Create compelling marketing materials to strengthen brand presence and foster client relationships
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts
Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive positioning
Organize and manage a large quantity of events (web and in person) from planning to execution, including negotiating contracts, managing registrations, and overseeing event logistics
Coordinate with external organizations to host receptions and other networking events
Support attorneys in establishing thought leadership through speaking engagements, online learning, and other detail-oriented opportunities
Manage the firm's social media presence by creating and scheduling engaging content
Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote the firm's services and expertise
Collaborate across departments to tailor marketing strategies that align with specific practice group goals
Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within detail-oriented industries
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and CRM platforms
Strong understanding of digital tools, including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights
Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, with a focus on brand awareness
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
Demonstrated expertise in event planning and execution
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making
