Are you a hands-on marketing generalist with a passion for great food and fast-paced hospitality? We’re currently partnered with a vibrant, premium food brand on a mission to make healthy eating accessible, delicious, and fun! With a growing network of shops and delivery kitchens across London, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take full ownership of their brand presence. This is a true stand-alone role (supported by a Marketing Executive and external resources) where you will be the guardian of our voice, driving growth across every channel—from the UberEats scroll to the in-store menu board.

Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in a marketing manager role within Hospitality, QSR, or Food Retail is essential
You need to know how a kitchen operates and the dynamics of the lunch rush
You understand the algorithms of the major delivery platforms and how to use their marketing tools to drive ROI
You are comfortable writing copy one hour, briefing a graphic designer the next, and analysing sales data in the afternoon
You thrive in a stand-alone environment where you have autonomy
You understand that brand awareness is great, but sales, cover counts, and basket size are the real metrics of success
