The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role oversees multi‑channel marketing campaigns, supports revenue objectives, and leads cross-functional collaboration to ensure the company’s message is consistently communicated and aligned with organizational goals.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with company objectives
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and traditional channels
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for growth
Oversee creation of marketing assets including content, graphics, and promotional materials
Manage brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all platforms
Coordinate product launches, promotions, and events to support sales and organizational initiatives
Manage and mentor members of the marketing team and external partners or agencies
Collaborate with sales, product, creative, and executive teams to align marketing strategies with company goals
Oversee timelines, budgets, and performance metrics for all marketing projects
Monitor key marketing KPIs and provide regular performance reports
Track ROI on campaigns and recommend improvements for effectiveness and efficiency
Utilize analytics tools to optimize content, audience targeting, and campaign performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Master’s degree is a plus
4–7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
Experience with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results
