Job Responsibility

  • Own and drive marketing-led growth: Take charge of end-to-end pipeline creation and management
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns: Develop, run, and optimize campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Email
  • Build brand authority: Define and implement our social media strategy with a strong focus on LinkedIn growth and brand positioning
  • Sales alignment: Work closely with the sales team to refine lead quality, optimize our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and improve conversion rates
  • Content creation: Develop compelling marketing materials, including case studies, campaign content, and sales decks
  • Data and analytics: Manage our marketing CRM, track campaign performance, and report on key metrics such as MQL, CPL, CAC, and ROI
  • Strategic collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders and manage external agency relationships to ensure cohesive execution

Requirements

  • Experience: 6-8 years of professional experience in B2B Marketing, Demand Generation, or Growth roles
  • Industry Background: Proven track record within IT, SaaS, AI, or high-growth tech companies
  • Growth Mindset: Demonstrated success in marketing-led growth, pipeline generation, and full-funnel GTM execution
  • Technical Competencies: Hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern marketing automation tools
  • Communication & Execution: A data-driven approach combined with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced, revenue-focused environment
