A Marketing Manager who will be at the forefront of developing and executing cutting-edge marketing initiatives, focuses on building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partners, driving engagement and growth, and ensuring our collaborative efforts translate into tangible results. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and nurturing these partnerships, leveraging your expertise in strategic marketing to deliver impactful campaigns.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives
Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
Collaborate with the content team on content marketing and blog initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy
Review and approve marketing content, ensuring it aligns with the brand voice and message
Work closely with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective marketing materials
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
Manage marketing campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and sales
Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Generate innovative ideas to promote the company’s products
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Own the marketing relationship with our partners to drive customer acquisition
Play a key role in building and scaling our partner community across the globe
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in the marketing role
Experience in marketing management, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry
Excellent organizational skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Proficiency in Outbound/Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and ABM
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivated, self-starter
Must be comfortable working in an environment with many changeable demands and priorities, requiring scheduling flexibility, an upbeat demeanor, and a “can do” attitude
