Job Description:

Lead a busy Marketing Department, managing a Marketing Executive and reporting into a Sales and Marketing Director to drive the expansion of the company's reach across various marketplaces. Shape the business and marketing strategies and execute impactful campaigns for a leading organisation in the Manufacturing & Production industry.

Job Responsibility:

Manage Marketing Budgets: Track ROI and report on key performance metrics
Brand Management: Oversee the company's brand, messaging, and visual identity
B2B Strategy Planning: Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns
Market Analysis: Conduct competitor and market analysis
Event Planning: Lead the planning of events and trade shows
Digital Marketing Performance: Manage SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Website, and Analytics
Content Creation: Oversee creation of engaging content including blogs, news articles, case studies
Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales team to support lead generation
Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Marketing or equivalent/studies
5+ years of B2B marketing experience
At least 2 years in a managerial role
Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies
Strong understanding of digital channels, analytics, and CRM/automation tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
Creative thinker with strong analytical skills
Experience in managing budgets and reporting on ROI

Nice to have:

Self-motivated individual with an eye for detail and exceptional drive and communication skills
Capable of producing high-quality work both independently and as part of a team
