Job Description

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager who is ready to make an impact on a global brand.This role requires a deep understanding of integrated marketing, digital media, and consumer behavior to craft campaigns that deliver measurable results across all touchpoints.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel consumer engagement strategies, driving awareness, consideration, and conversion for the brand
  • Responsible for all media (owned, earned, paid) planning and execution across digital, social, and other growing platforms
  • Partner with creative teams to deliver compelling, consumer-focused content, customized across platforms
  • Ensure that our brand and product information is optimized for conversion rate, and is inclusive of brand content creation, product descriptions & imagery
  • Determine marketing programs, execute tailored media placements, constantly optimizing with real time data
  • Partner with internal teams and managing external agencies for content creation and optimization, improving user experience
  • Lead and partner with agencies across media (digital, social), E-commerce, creative, and PR/influencer
  • Monitor and optimize ROAS / ROIs across all full funnel media platforms including digital, social, ECommerce, etc.

Requirements

  • Has 7+ years of consumer goods experience from either corporate or agency side
  • Expertise in managing media across all platforms with a strong focus in digital, social, and e-commerce (ex: amazon)
  • Focused on how to make more people aware and talk about the brand, through branded content, media, partnerships, experiences, and influencers
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, ecommerce providers, Amazon Vendor, advertising platforms, Shopify, and data management and reporting tools i.e. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, BlackBird, Acorn-i, Criteo
